Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add Greek yogurt and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and ranch seasoning. Mix until creamy and well combined.
Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each into a 6-inch circle or oval.
Add about ¼ cup of filling to the center of each dough round. Fold over and press edges firmly to seal. Crimp with a fork if desired.
Place on prepared baking sheet. Whisk egg and water, then brush over the tops.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or store for later.
