Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts seeds, or dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oats until fully coated, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
