Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I’m a mama to two wonderful boys and a proud wife, blessed to be living this beautiful life with my family. For five years, I poured my heart into teaching kindergarten, but I’ve since made the decision to stay home and homeschool my little ones. This journey has brought me immense joy and fulfillment as I embrace the role of a homemaker.
My passions revolve around home, food, wellness, simplicity, and living a slow, intentional life. I’ve always believed that true wellness encompasses so much more than just the food we eat. As a holistic health coach, I’m committed to nurturing a healthy, balanced life for my family and myself—one that prioritizes not just physical health, but emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being too.
